When I'm at work: Teamwork - Trainer's guide
Content for the When I'm at work: Teamwork slide presentation and trainer's guide is based on the unit of competency BSBCMN204A Work effectively with others from the Certificate II in the Business Services Training Package. The resources are designed to assist supported employees to learn about being members of a work team and are set out as a series of short stories with questions and discussion points that cover the following topics:
- developing effective workplace relationships
- contributing to workgroup activities.

The slide presentation is designed for use with larger groups of learners and should be used in conjunction with the learner's workbook.
The learner's workbook provides copies of the stories mentioned in the slide presentation, and space for writing ideas and responses to questions. Blank pages are provided for additional notes and comments. Trainers can read the story to the group of learners or suggest learners read at their own pace and then discuss the issues.
As each story covers a distinct issue, training sessions can be timed to cover one or more issues, depending on available time and capacity.
